How To Become A Non Light Sleeper

The tradition of Marti Pastisseria

battered Apple Delights

This recipe is dedicated to my friend and companion of cooking blogs, Mariela.

His blog is called Cooking Light and its address is:
http://envia-cocinalight.blogspot.com/
Because of sharing recipes and cooking questions, we support each other despite that we are so far I in Spain and she in Buenos Aires.
Because a true friend is someone who knows you as you are, understands where you've been, and accompanying you on your achievements and your failures.
So this recipe is for you Mariela.
And I send a big hug.
I love experimenting in the kitchen. Today I had some apples in the fridge, and I thought, "I'm going to do differently", and the result, Delicious!
