Pork Chops with quince sauce

never cooked with quince paste.

And today I experimented with that serves not only sweet dessert, but gives ample room for many recipes.

Ingredients for two:
6 pork chops

1 onion

150 g quince

50g pine nuts

1 clove garlic

beef bouillon granules Knorr ( or half a tablet type Avecrem)

oil, pepper and salt.

Prepared

Season the pork chops.

Put them to fry in a large skillet over medium heat, until browned, and set aside on a plate. Along with the meat fry a clove of garlic, and when removing meat retire.

Chop the onion.

In the same oil that we fried meat, sauté the pine nuts, but soon and down the fire as they will brown quickly. And reserve in a bowl.

then fry the onion and quince together.
When everything starts to cook, cazito take half granulated beef bouillon knorr or half pill Avecrem type, diluted in a saucepan with a shot glass of water.

and incorporate it into stew.

And let discard quince, is made the onion and reduce the sauce.

then add the chops back to bathing them in the sauce, and let a few more minutes with the pan covered and low heat.
off shortly before the fire, after adding the pine nuts and stir-fries, and blending them with the stew.

Turn off heat and Emplate.
