A story for the Christmas Lottery

Spaghetti Bolognese
special "Cooking with Katie"
I love spaghetti, I know it can be cooked in many different ways, but let me explain a classic recipe of spaghetti, spaghetti bolognese, even making my style.
Ingredients for four persons:

250g spaghetti (also can be made with noodles)

150 g of minced pork

1 medium onion

1 / 2 cup white wine

1 brick of fried tomato

cheese enmental

oil, salt and a pinch of sugar

Prepared

Put to cook pasta in medium saucepan with water, a little oil and salt for 15/20minutos counting from boiling water.

oil in a pan, put fried minced pork meat over medium heat.

When you can check the meat, kept in a dish.

In the same oil where we fried minced meat, fry onions, chopped in the chopper before.

fry over medium heat until golden.

When onion is almost golden, pour half a glass of white wine and let it reduce for 5 minutes.

On the other hand, when we have the pasta cooked, drain, and run it through the cold water.

When it has reduced the white wine we've thrown in the onion, pour the tomato sauce, and allow 5 minutes to do chup-chup. Throw a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of sugar.

then throw the ground beef we had booked, mix well and add the pasta and mix everything again.

Allow the flavors to blend for 5 or 10 minutes over low heat, moving with a wooden spoon to prevent sticking spaghetti.

Turn off heat and serve.

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese to taste for each diner.
