chicken croquettes
The croquettes are a food that they can serve as an appetizer for lunch, dinner or as a fun, casual evening, especially for children.
I am going to explain how I prepare, following a homemade recipe from my Aunt Josephine, from whom I learned a lot about cooking.

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
1 onion
Flour (3 or 4 tablespoons)
Butter (3 or 4 pieces)
Milk
Oil
Breadcrumbs
Sal
Prepared
Fry in a pan with oil, the two breasts into pieces.
Then, let them cool, and chop in food processor.
In the same oil fry the chicken, fry the onion.
When the onions and golden brown, add the shredded chicken breast and 4 or 5 tablespoons of flour, and brown.
Then, add 3 or 4 pieces of butter and milk, not covering the whole lump.
Remove
continuously, until you notice that the dough off the pan.
Pour the batter into a glass bowl and let cool.

Once we have all formed patties, roll in beaten egg, one by one and coat in bread crumbs, and irlas standing on a large platter.
Tip:
I prefer to fry the croquettes frozen, because they break down less to fry.
